REFUND POLICY

Scope

This policy applies to the PROLED3D Premium plan and supplements the Lemon Squeezy Buyer Terms. Lemon Squeezy is the merchant of record for the transaction.

Subscription cancellation

Subscriptions renew until cancelled. Request cancellation before the next renewal; the payment provider may require advance notice. Cancellation prevents future charges and normally takes effect on the next payment date.

Refund requests

Lemon Squeezy reviews refunds case by case. We may assist with duplicate or incorrect charges, non-delivery of access, or a substantial technical problem we cannot resolve. Mandatory rights under applicable law remain unaffected.

How to request help

Email info@proled3d.com with the purchase email, order number, date, description and evidence. You may also use the Lemon Squeezy support link in the receipt. Never send payment credentials or passwords.

Processing and mandatory rights

Approval, currency, taxes and settlement timing depend on Lemon Squeezy, the payment method and the financial institution. If local law or Lemon Squeezy terms provide a more favorable mandatory right, that right prevails.
